A found vintage geographical map of Africa illustrated in Arabic, was collected by the designer Rana Salam during her research of Middle Eastern pop culture in Damascus.
Rana has created a delightful collage of found ephemerals on this one-of-a-kind print. The pink quirky business card belonging to a hotel stumbled upon in Aswan alongside a cassette cover for the Egyptian singer Um Kulthum.
These vintage geographical maps illustrated in Arabic were used in schools across the Middle East. The vintage color palette gives this map its vintage feel.
70x100cm is an ideal print size which we recommend as it maintains the characteristic of the graphics and its impact.
All our prints are digitally printed on high-quality 260gsm Epson velvet art paper sourced from Japan, providing a classic and high-end feel.
