The ice cream company Cortina and drink maker Bonjus, both established in the 1960's, had a strong graphic presence in the market with stylized logos. Beirut’s trading culture and past mandate produced strong connections with the European graphic culture and this can be seen in many of the Lebanese companies' logos and advertisement campaigns.
